?-Naphthoflavone, also known as 5,6-benzoflavone, is a potent agonist of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor and induces cytochromes P450 (CYPs) and uridine 5'-diphospho-glucuronosyltransferases (UGTs). It may be a chemopreventive agent.
